Role OverviewAs the CNC Lead, you will provide daily leadership to CNC machining operations by overseeing operators, coordinating workflow, ensuring part quality, and maintaining safe and efficient machining practices.
What You Will Do
Lead and support CNC operators, ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and adjustments, oversee inspection of machined parts, perform routine machine maintenance, and train and mentor CNC operators.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training in CNC machining
- Minimum 5 years CNC machining experience

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
