Role OverviewWe are looking for a dependable, self-motivated, experienced CNC machine operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will load parts, operate CNC machines, and perform routine machine maintenance.
What You Will Do
The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating equipment such as press brakes and computer numerical control (CNC) machines, performing in-process inspection, and routine machine maintenance.

Requirements
- 1 year of CNC experience working with the set-up, programming, and operation of press brakes, shears, lathes, vertical and horizontal milling machines, and drill presses
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen (including THC/Marijuana; medical card will NOT be accepted)
- Superior attendance
- Self-motivation and dependability
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies
