Role OverviewThis position is responsible for preparing raw steel, aluminum, or stainless steel up to ½” thick, and finished product to correct length and shape according to customer requirements using a CNC Brake Press. The CNC Machine Operator will load/edit Computerized Numeric Control (CNC) programs and operate the CNC Brake Press for routine established work.
What You Will Do
Key job responsibilities include loading and editing CNC programs, operating the CNC Brake Press, reporting and documenting material, production, and quality control issues, participating in equipment preventative maintenance, and performing daily maintenance to assigned equipment.

Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, tape measure, calipers, and other shop drawing aids
- Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change
- Safety conscious behavior
- Ability to work with various types of metal forming constraints with guidance
