Requirements

  • Check for defective parts on materials and performs maintenance on machines.
  • Identify material to be utilized in the manufacturing process.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain one or more grinders, lathes, saws, and milling machines.
  • Review and understand blueprints to ensure accurate production.
  • Accurately take precise measurements.
  • Check output for quality assurance.
  • Program and prove out programs to achieve desired result.
  • Occasionally operate forklift, check and add coolant, operate over head crane, assist in deburring, shop support or other areas.
