CNC Machinery Field Service Technician

Requirements

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery at customer sites
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues using electrical schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic software
• Calibrate and align machine components to factory specifications
• Provide on-site training and technical support to customers on machine operation and maintenance best practices
• Document service activities, parts usage, and detailed service reports accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with internal technical support teams to resolve complex equipment issues
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure tools and diagnostic equipment are in proper working condition
• Adhere to all company and customer safety policies while working in manufacturing environments
• Travel to customer locations as required, including occasional overnight travel
