Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two-year technical degree preferred
- Experience operating CNC and/or conventional machining equipment
- Strong knowledge of machine tooling, fixtures, machining processes, blueprint reading, and GD&T
- Basic familiarity with machine programming features and ERP systems
- Strong math skills, communication skills, and a dependable, safety-focused mindset
