Role OverviewCadrex is searching for a CNC Machinist II who will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations by efficiently operating and maintaining CNC machinery. This position requires a solid understanding of CNC operations, the ability to perform complex setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Under the guidance of our production team, you will contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes.
What You Will Do
Operate CNC machines to produce components, monitoring machining processes, and making real-time adjustments as needed for optimal performance. Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measurement instruments to verify part dimensions and quality.

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Produce a high-quality product according to required specifications on a consistent basis
- Produce the required quantity of product according to required output specifications
- Understand the machine operation process and the movement of completed components
- Use computers as required
- Use measuring tools as required
- Read and understand Blueprints
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely
- Operate all hand tools, machines, and equipment successfully as required and with minimal supervision
