Perform high-quality setups and changeovers, analyze blueprints, and troubleshoot issues with precision metrology and machine operation.

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in a precision CNC machining environment
- Setup Mastery: capable of performing your own quality setups from scratch
- Exceptional blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
- Strong foundation in intermediate math, specifically geometry
- Highly proficient with calipers, mics, and various manual gauges
