- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting CNC machinery
- Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment systems
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and shop equipment
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, diagrams, and engineering specifications
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment
- Experience preparing purchase requisitions and coordinating with equipment vendors and service providers
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize maintenance needs and communicate effectively with production personnel
