Role OverviewAs a CNC Operator at Schupan, you will operate CNC equipment, inspect finished parts, and help maintain the quality standards our customers depend on. You will work on a weekend shift, Friday–Sunday, 4:00 AM–4:30 PM. You will be part of a team working toward a more resourceful future.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include operating CNC machines, grinders, mills, and similar equipment; producing required quantities of parts within established tolerances; measuring finished parts with precision tools; conducting quality inspections; and maintaining logs of units produced.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We need someone with basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory and order processing systems, and prior related experience and/or training. You should be able to work in a noisy environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts and be able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Prior related experience and/or training preferred, with reliable work history
- Knowledge of design techniques and principles for precision technical plans and blueprints (preferred)
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with inventory and order processing systems
