Job Description
The CNC Operator II is responsible for operating Servometer Swiss-style CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications. This intermediate-level role requires strong machine operation skills, the ability to interpret blueprints, and basic troubleshooting ability.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in CNC operations and setup
  • Proficiency with basic CNC setup, offsets, and tool changes
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T symbols
  • Skilled in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of machining principles, speeds/feeds, and material properties
  • Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a machining environment
