Role OverviewThe CNC Machine Operator / CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machine tools to manufacture precision metal components that meet strict quality and dimensional requirements.
What You Will Do
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce precision components, load raw materials, tooling, and fixtures, and perform machine offsets, tool changes, and basic program adjustments.

Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, machining centers, or multi-axis equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
- Experience performing machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments
- Strong understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, feeds, and speeds
- Experience inspecting precision machined components using standard measuring equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while maintaining production and quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
