Role OverviewThe CNC Operator/Programmer will be responsible for machining operations, programming activities, and troubleshooting production program issues. The role requires balancing hands-on production work with programming responsibilities driven by business needs.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include developing offline CNC programs, supporting new product introductions, and improving programming efficiency to optimize cycle times and maximize machine utilization.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of work experience in manufacturing, proficiency in EIA G-code editing and Mazatrol programming, and experience working with Mazak milling machines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Proficient in metal working
- Proficiency in EIA G-code editing and Mazatrol programming/editing
- Experience working with Mazak milling machines
- Strong knowledge of EdgeCam or Fusion 360
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the office, shop, warehouse, or manufacturing plant
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and carry up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned desk area
- Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment
- Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives, changing priorities and reassigning priorities to complete assignments
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
