Job Description
Role Overview

The CNC Programmer is responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs, collaborating with various departments, and adhering to safety practices and company policies.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include creating new and modifying existing programs, studying blueprints, calculating and setting controls, working with Mastercam, verifying tooling and fixtures, and troubleshooting machining operations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have five or more years of related experience, including at least three years as a fully operational set up and run machinist, and two years of experience programming NC or CNC machinery.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or a General Educational Development Diploma (GED)
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions, work orders and engineered drawings
  • Ability to use shop mathematics
  • Five or more years of related experience, including at least three years as a fully operational set up and run machinist, two years of experience programming NC or CNC machinery
