Job Description
Williams International is a privately-owned company that develops and manufactures jet engines for both military and commercial aircraft applications. We are seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and implement advanced manufacturing solutions for gas turbine components using state-of-the-art CNC equipment and software tools.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment developing NC programs
  • 3 years of NC programming experience using CAM software
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software and demonstrated understanding of CAD principles and GD&T
  • Previous hands on experience machining is a plus
  • Experience creating process related work instruction documentation
  • Fundamental understanding of machining work holding strategy, cutting tool selection, and gaging selection
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software tools
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds (4 inches to 25 inches). Capable of pushing or pulling 60 pounds. Grip strength of at least 50 pounds. Ability to reach above shoulder height (65 inches)
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
