Job Description
Lead CNC programming development, instruction, and debugging tasks for turning and milling operations. Collaborate with engineers and machining leads to support operations and NPI development. Proficient in CAM software and strong communication skills required.

Requirements

  • Five or more years direct experience in lathe, VTL, 3/4/5 axis milling CNC programming
  • Experience processing nickel, cobalt, and titanium based alloys in Aerospace machining operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees
  • Proficient in performing full set-ups, program edits, and holding high precision tolerances
  • Ability to program with CAM (NX preferred) and manually as necessary
  • Familiarity with Repair Technical Data e.g. Engine Repair Manuals, Service Bulletins, OEM approved supplemental data, etc
  • Ability to author typical shop process planning paperwork e.g. Tool Sheets, Setup Sheets, Routers, Operation Sheets, Inspection Forms, etc
