Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of HAAS CNC machine tooling and machining specifications
- Understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards
- Experience supervising or leading manufacturing employees
- Ability to fabricate metal extrusions using CNC equipment
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
