Role OverviewAssists with management of a school cafeteria and provides leadership in the absence of the CNS Manager. Performs work to prepare, cook, and serve meals, salads, and a la-carte items. Keeps accurate documentation of food preparation and maintains cleanliness according to sanitation codes.
What You Will Do
Prepare and cook meals, salads, and a la-carte items; serve as a cashier in the school cafeteria; follow accurate procedures for the exchange and collection of monies; complete required records, reports, and inventories.
