Role OverviewAs a Co-Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving the mission of Windsor Fashions, a leading special occasion and fast fashion retailer. You will be responsible for achieving store productivity, coaching and motivating a high-performing team, and providing an omni-channel experience to customers. You will analyze KPI reporting, translate numbers into behaviors, and deliver business solutions to drive sales and create value for the brand.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include driving sales, building brand loyalty, analyzing KPI reporting, and translating numbers into behaviors. You will also support the Store Manager in finding the right talent, organize and plan in detail to get the job done, and lead by example to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
- Ability to welcome feedback and be ready to improve always
