Role OverviewAs a Co-Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving store productivity, sales, and employee performance. You will be responsible for achieving sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses goals, while also coaching and motivating a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists.
What You Will Do
You will analyze KPI reporting, translate numbers into behaviors, and take on challenges to deliver business solutions. You will also be responsible for finding and retaining great talent, organizing and planning to execute operations, and maintaining a neat and clean store in compliance with Windsor's Visual Guidelines.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
- Ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
