Role OverviewAs a Co-Manager, you will support the team in driving the mission statement in your store, achieving store productivity, and coaching a high-performing team of fashion-loving Assistant Managers and Stylists.
What You Will Do
You will drive sales, analyze KPI reporting, translate numbers into behaviors, and deliver business solutions to create value for the brand. You will also find and retain great talent, support payroll compliance, execute operations, and create an Oasis experience for customers.

Requirements
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- effective communication in both a group setting and one on one
