Role OverviewAs a Coach, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the We Rock the Spectrum and the physical environment of the gym. You will assist in implementing project and activity curriculum, manage break time reservations, and supervise the gym and its members to provide a clean and safe environment.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include assisting with special projects, events, and promotions, promoting services and classes, and consistently offering the highest level of personalized member service. You will also be responsible for making equipment and supply recommendations, reporting low inventory levels, and performing housework related to childcare.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic about working with all children, have previous experience working with children, and be comfortable working one on one or one on four with children. You will also need to be able to manage challenging behaviors and maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude.
Requirements
- High school diploma or enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year
- Previous experience working with children
- Enthusiasm to work with all children, with all abilities
- CPR certification (infant and adult)
