Role OverviewThe FCA Coach serves as both a sports leader and a spiritual mentor, responsible for coaching athletes in their sport while engaging, equipping, and empowering them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
What You Will Do
Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example so they are equipped to serve others. Utilize the platform of sports to disciple athletes, helping them grow both as competitors and followers of Christ.

Requirements
- Strong Leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated coaching experience with success in player and team development

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor both athletes and assistant coaches
