Job Description
Role Overview

The FCA Coach serves as both a sports leader and a spiritual mentor, responsible for coaching athletes in their sport while engaging, equipping, and empowering them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.

What You Will Do

The Coach will lead, conduct, and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example. They will also connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
