Role Overview

The FCA Coach serves as both a sports leader and a spiritual mentor, responsible for coaching athletes in their sport while engaging, equipping, and empowering them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.

What You Will Do

Lead, conduct, and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example.

Requirements

  • Strong Leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated coaching experience with success in player and team development
  • Strong Knowledge of the sports fundamentals, rules, and strategies
  • Commitment to FCA's Statement of Faith, Mission, and Core Values
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor both athletes and assistant coaches
  • Must pass background check and comply with FCA's child safety protocols
