Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of cook. Responsibilities include training in all kitchen stations, measuring and mixing ingredients, collaborating with kitchen lead and cooks, and maintaining accurate food inventory.

Requirements

  • Train in all kitchen stations
  • Measure and mix ingredients to prepare some menu items according to recipes
  • Collaborate with kitchen lead and cooks to prepare meals during dining hours
  • Maintain accurate food inventory
  • Store food at proper temperatures
  • Rotate stock items according to established procedures (FIFO)
  • Replenish stations for future shifts
  • Ensure food preparation area and kitchen are clean and sanitized during and after your shift
