Requirements

• Anticipate and accommodate all needs of the guests
• Provide professional and exceptional service
• Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions for all beverage and food items
• Follow supervisor's instructions, communicate with and support co-workers, and be a team player
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company
• Serve all beverages in accordance with all state regulations and alcohol awareness training standards
• Follow all company procedures when providing bottle service
• Accurately complete all end-of-shift financial procedures
• Communicate the needs of the guests to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House support staff, managers, and chefs
• Properly set-up cocktail lounge/bar and side stations, perform side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management
• Attend and participate in daily pre-service meetings and training sessions or departmental meetings
