Job Description
The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is seeking a Full Time Cocktail Server to join the team at Sweet Tea & Barley, Williamsburg Lodge. As a key member of the service team, you will provide exceptional guest service, maintain a positive and enthusiastic mindset, and work cooperatively with colleagues and management.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1 - 2 years server experience in a full service restaurant
  • Excellent public contact skills to include tact, courtesy and patience
  • Ability to satisfy customers under all circumstances, communicate effectively, read and write, perform basic mathematical computations and memorize the food and beverages offered
