Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Cocktail/Beverage Server is to ensure complete customer satisfaction by serving and providing beverages for our guests to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Requirements

  • Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Provide timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Keep assigned areas clean and empty of glasses and bottles
  • Monitor and manage food cost, labor cost, and other controllable expenses within budget guidelines
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance
  • Work well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, bar backs, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
  • Provide personalized service and use guest name
