Cocktail Server-On Call-Circus Circus

Requirements

• Take drink orders from guests and arrange in specific order
• Call order to bartender, garnish drinks, deliver correct drink to guest, smile and thank guest
• Engage in interactive promotional entertainment with guests and team members
• Offer every guest in the gaming area a beverage every 15 to 20 minutes
• Promote drink specials and describe nightly entertainment in area (DJ, Piano Player)
• Repeat order back to guest
• Serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Maintain clean workstation
• Maintain cleanliness of section by picking up empty glasses and bottles on a regular basis and return all glassware to bar for cleaning
• Order drinks in proper sequence
• Order supplies when needed

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
