Requirements

• Greet guests promptly and professionally
• Take and deliver cocktail and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages, cocktails, and pairings
• Check identification to ensure responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with bartenders and team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
• Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
• Assist with setup, restocking, and closing of the bar or outlet
