A cocktail server responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to guests, anticipating their needs, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Give prompt, pleasant, courteous and efficient service.
  • Always utilize alcohol awareness training while acknowledging all guests with a prompt and friendly greeting
  • Anticipate all guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
  • Verify legal drinking age of guests.
  • Complete all side work duties and ensure work area is prepared for succeeding shift.
  • Offer a unique service while sustaining a level of professionalism that encourages guests to return.
