Requirements

  • Review and analyze clinical documentation and care for timely and accurate charge capture
  • Educate departments on government regulations and requirements
  • Collaborate with Coding Supervisor to ensure consistent clinical documentation
  • Audit providers on documentation and assign accurate CPT and ICD-10 codes
