Job Description
Infinx is looking for a Coding Specialist to accurately assign and sequence ICD-10 and CPT codes, and ensure maximum reimbursement and minimize denials. The role involves researching and resolving coding-related system edits, payer rejections, and insurance denials, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coding practices.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in medical coding for OR/procedures
  • Nationally recognized coding credential
  • Understanding of CPT, HCPCS, CDT, and ICD-10 codes
  • Medical business and revenue cycle operations knowledge
