Job Description
The Galley Coffee bar & Café Prep Associate will create the PH Experience for residents and family members by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Requirements

  • Customer Service: Greet residents warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Beverage and Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Upselling: Promote and upsell additional products and services to enhance the resident experience.
