Requirements

• Customer Service: Greet Residents warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and standards.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Upselling: Promote and upsell additional products and services to enhance the Resident experience.
