Role OverviewCoffee Roasters are responsible for transforming raw green coffee beans into roasted coffee beans using established standards. They work in a team environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards to provide customers with high-quality packaged coffee beans and store-brewed coffee.
What You Will Do
Examine cases, prepare production lists, weigh batches of coffee beans, maintain temperature, estimate roasting time, discharge roasted beans, maintain and rotate coffee displays, and clean machines. Train other team members and adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- No coffee roasting experience necessary, but requires product knowledge
- Safely use coffee roaster
- Great customer service skills
- Great communications skills, both written and oral
- The ability to multi-task
