Job Description
Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Cognitive Analyst with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Falls Church, VA. The role involves developing and analyzing cognitive effects in support of strategic and sensitive concepts, studies, and initiatives for CDAO and partner activities related to data, analytics, AI, Autonomy, and advanced Decision Support frameworks.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in assessing cognitive tendencies, biases, and responses in a national security, law enforcement or decision-making context
  • Expert knowledge of quantitative and qualitative techniques for analyzing and measuring effectiveness and efficiency of cognitive activities
  • Experience within a law enforcement or intelligence organization supporting operations and activities
  • Academic background in psychology (undergraduate, master's degree, or PhD)
  • Current/Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
