Role OverviewJoin our culinary team as a Cold Station Cook (Garde Manger) and be responsible for preparing, organizing, and presenting cold menu items, salads, dressings, garnishes, and chilled components. Ensure quality and consistency in every dish, creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
What You Will Do
Prepare cold menu items, maintain station setup, ensure proper portioning and plating, rotate and store ingredients, maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, and support line cooks.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable)
- Minimum of one year of kitchen experience, preferably in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant
- Strong knife skills and understanding of cold food preparation, presentation, and plate composition
- Ability to maintain quality, consistency, and pace during peak service periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand written recipes, instructions, and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
