Job Description
COLI Consultant Sr. at M Financial Group: Provide expert insurance analyses to support M Member Firms and Marketers, create COLI illustrations and financial exhibits, and coordinate work with other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Math, or related area
  • Minimum of seven to ten years of direct related work experience in actuarial, accounting, finance or insurance environment
  • Experience modeling and analyzing insurance company-owned life insurance (ICOLI) is preferred
  • Active Life Insurance and securities licenses or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
  • Expert level understanding of mathematical terms and analysis
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills as well as ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with M Team members, carriers, M Member Firms, M Marketers and advisors
