Role OverviewThe Collateral Release Specialist I is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of collateral releases for commercial and consumer loans, ensuring compliance with applicable state requirements and internal policies.
What You Will Do
Process Collateral Releases, Validate Loan Payoff Conditions, Coordinate Recording & Filing, and perform Title Lien Perfection.

Requirements
- College degree or 3+ years’ banking experience
- 2+ years of experience in loan operations, collateral management, lien releases, or post-closing functions
- Active Notary Public designation (or ability to obtain within two months)
