Job Description
Inspect, verify, and evaluate real estate and chattel collateral, and assist in the sale of repossessed assets and bank-owned real estate.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of or experience in the Residential/Ag/Commercial real estate markets.
  • General knowledge of construction materials and costs.
  • Basic knowledge of crop/livestock production including irrigated and dry land crop and all phases of livestock operations (cow-calf to feedlot).
  • Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Valid drivers’ license.
