Job Description
The Colleague Experience Manager position is responsible for developing and implementing a personalized colleague on-boarding experience, maintaining a fluent understanding of HR functions, and proactively identifying ways to enhance the colleague experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of HR, previous operational leadership experience, and refined communication skills.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a similar setting
  • Previous operational leadership experience
  • Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, guests and business partners
  • Established experience as a team leader, with proven ability to strategically install practices to achieve business goals and motivate team members
  • Be computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
