Collection Manager – Consumer Credit: own and evolve end-to-end collection strategy across consumer lending products, design and execute data-driven collection strategies, and develop AI-powered collection approaches.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in collections within consumer lending (e.g., BNPL, unsecured/secured credit)
  • Fintech, Banking, or Finance Background
  • Knowledge of SEPA Framework (strong plus)
  • Strong Data & Analytical Mindset
  • AI & Innovation Orientation (experience or exposure to AI applications in collections)
  • Strategic Thinking with Execution Focus
  • Customer-Centric & Behavioral Approach
