Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of direct collections experience in ecommerce, payments, financial service, or a similar industry
  • Proven ability to learn, adapt, and train new processes and procedures
  • Logical and rational thinker with demonstrated data analysis and investigative skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
