Role OverviewAs a Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying delinquent accounts, notifying customers, and initiating actions to recover balances. This position reports to the Credit Manager and is located in Shady Grove, Pennsylvania.
What You Will Do
Maintain DSO's and bad debt write-offs, produce and monitor accounts receivable reports, address issues with accounts, and make decisions regarding plan of action.

Requirements
- Associate degree with 1-year experience in collections or High School Diploma with 5 years' experience in collections
