This role involves process improvement and utilizing ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Monitor and collect premiums with focus on collections.
  • Follow up on delinquent payments.
  • Manage accounts receivable and invoicing.
  • Communicate with customers and brokers.
  • Resolve outstanding premium issues.
  • Review and reconcile bordereaux.
  • Coordinate communication within the ERP system.
  • Conduct ad hoc requests.
