They seek a Collections Associate to perform collection activities, manage customer and broker accounts, and ensure timely payment of premiums. This role involves process improvement and utilizing ERP systems.
Requirements
Monitor and collect premiums with focus on collections.
Follow up on delinquent payments.
Manage accounts receivable and invoicing.
Communicate with customers and brokers.
Resolve outstanding premium issues.
Review and reconcile bordereaux.
Coordinate communication within the ERP system.
Conduct ad hoc requests.
