What You Will Do
Oversee the strategy, operations, and performance of the Collections Department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and FCCU standards. Develop and execute collection strategies that drive portfolio performance while preserving valuable member relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible collections or default management experience
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
- Experience with secured and unsecured consumer lending collections; real estate and commercial loan collections experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of collections regulations, bankruptcy processes, loss mitigation strategies, and recovery practices
- Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
