Role OverviewThe Collections Repo and Redemption Team Leader will provide daily supervisory support to assigned agents, train and develop team members, manage team workload, and implement process improvements to meet KPI targets.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership, communication, and employee development through coaching, huddles, and training. Execute management activities, including performance appraisals, interviews, and talent selection. Manage team workload and ensure operational targets are met.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of overall work experience
- Minimum 1 year of previous leadership experience
