Job Description
The Collection Specialist serves as a liaison between the healthcare system, collection agency, and attorney offices for the collection of past due self-pay revenue for Centra.

Requirements

  • Monitor and review assigned accounts for payment and/or resolution.
  • Reconcile agency payments with Centra accounts for accuracy.
  • Reconcile agency placements to ensure accuracy.
  • Receive and process bankruptcy notices to adjust accounts appropriately.
